Each year, Huntsville Public School (HPS) participates in the worldwide French music competition, Manie Musicale. This year, on June 21, the school had the unique opportunity to host a concert and invite Franco-Ontarian singer/rapper, and 2023 competition winner, LeFLOFRANCO.
Grade 4 to 8 English and French students from HPS, Grade 3 and 4 French Immersion students from Riverside Public School, and K.P. Manson Public School Core French students were all present for the show, providing students the opportunity to learn about French culture.
LeFLOFRANCO performed an hour long concert with his French songs. He then had a meet and greet with students in the classroom afterwards, promoting and celebrating the French language.
